Yoga❤..& calm. Calm starts in your mind. Your percieving of a specific situation is all in your mind. So are you controlling your mind/thoughts or is your mind/thoughts controlling you? The practice of yoga..yoga poses, breathing/ concentration exercises & meditation...are all tools helping to control the mind. Anxiety , stress, depression all starts with a thought then becomes an emotion. Emotions affects the physial body & your life all together. Yoga change your percieving (thoughts) of situations relieving anxiety, stress, depression from your life, instead letting in posetive, calm & practical thinking 💕
